November is here, and we’re starting to wonder… is it too early to put the Christmas tree up?🎄👀
October was another busy month at 39D, with plenty happening across 39Degrees, Elevating Business and 39Security.
From a brilliant day at Bishop’s Stortford Means Business Expo to new qualifications, exciting developments and preparations for our first cyber security training day, there’s been lots going on.
Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to and what’s coming next.
One of the biggest highlights of October was attending the Bishop’s Stortford Means Business Expo.
We were really pleased with how the 39D stand came together, from the branding and printed T-shirts to the final setup on the day. It was great to see all the preparation pay off.
Matthew, Laura and the team spent the day meeting local businesses, making new connections and talking about what we do across 39D and 39Security.
It was also lovely to catch up with Nicky Brody from the Rhys Daniels Trust, a charity we’re proud to support.
Helping charities get the recognition and exposure they deserve is something that's important to us, so it was great to see Nicky there.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand for a chat!
Our Elevating Business networking events are continuing to grow, and it’s been brilliant seeing more local businesses getting involved.
After taking the events to new locations over the past few months, we’re looking forward to keeping that momentum going throughout November.
Our next Elevating Business event is on 11th November, and we’re excited to welcome both familiar faces and new businesses.
These events are all about bringing people together, having genuine conversations and building connections that can lead to new opportunities.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone there!
November is an exciting month for 39Security as we prepare to deliver our first Cyber Security and AI Training Day on 4th November.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to put these training sessions together, with the aim of making cyber security and AI easier for businesses to understand.
With cyber threats continuing to affect organisations of all sizes, it’s more important than ever for businesses and their teams to know what to look out for.
Our training focuses on practical advice, helping employees recognise potential threats, understand the risks and feel more confident using technology and AI safely.
We’re really looking forward to getting the first session underway and continuing to develop this side of the business.
You can find out more at 39security.co.uk.
We also had some good news to celebrate in October, with Jake achieving his 3CX Basic Certified Engineer V20 certification.
It’s great to see Jake continuing to develop his technical skills and build his knowledge of business communications.
We’re always keen to support the team in learning new things and gaining qualifications that help us provide an even better service to our clients.
Well done, Jake! Another achievement to add to the list. 🎉
It was lovely to receive some kind words from Nicky Brody at the Rhys Daniels Trust during October.
Nicky shared a testimonial about working with 39D, and we really appreciate her taking the time to do so.
Matthew also had the opportunity to talk about our 39Security training and how we’re helping businesses improve their cyber security awareness.
Building strong relationships with the people and organisations we work with is a big part of what we do, and it’s always encouraging to receive feedback like this.
A big thank you to Nicky and everyone at the Rhys Daniels Trust for their continued support.
We also had an exciting addition to our marketing setup in October, thanks to Tim Weedon at Resource Development UK (RDUK).
Tim supplied us with a fantastic new piece of technology that we’ll be putting to good use across our marketing and branding.
We’re always looking for ways to improve the content we create and how we showcase the different parts of the business.
A big thank you to Tim for his support.

Halloween might be over, but unfortunately, cyber threats don't disappear with the decorations!
Throughout October, we continued sharing advice and raising awareness about the importance of cyber security.
Recent incidents affecting well-known UK brands have been another reminder that cyber security is something every business needs to take seriously, no matter its size.
Through 39Security, we’re continuing to help businesses understand the risks and take practical steps to protect themselves.
And with our first training day taking place this month, there’s plenty more to come.
With our first 39Security training day on 4th November, another Elevating Business event on 11th November and plenty happening across the team, November is already shaping up to be a busy month.
We’re looking forward to continuing to meet new businesses, supporting our clients and building on everything we’ve been working towards this year.
And as we get closer to December, there’s one important question causing some debate…
When is it officially acceptable to put the Christmas tree up? 🎄😂
Is November too early, or should we just get the decorations out now?
