How quickly can an engineer attend?

Attendance times follow your support package and the priority of the issue. We’ll confirm an ETA and keep you updated en route.

What areas do you cover?

We provide onsite support across the UK. If travel affects timing or cost, we’ll confirm this upfront before booking.

What if you fix it remotely before arrival?

If we can resolve the issue remotely sooner, we’ll do that and update you immediately. If an onsite visit is still useful (for testing or replacements), we’ll proceed as planned.

Do you bring spare parts?

Where appropriate, we’ll arrive with common spares or arrange replacements through your preferred vendors. If specific parts are needed, we’ll source and schedule fitting.

Will you liaise with third-party suppliers?

Yes — we can work with your internet, telecoms or software providers to speed up resolution and avoid back-and-forth.

Is onsite support included in every package?

Onsite support is available across our support tiers with response targets that match your plan. Ad-hoc visits can also be arranged if required.
