Eligibility Criteria
- The Giveaway is open to existing clients of 39d who are in good standing.
- Referred clients must be new to 39d and have not previously engaged with the company.
- Only referrals submitted and confirmed between 20th October and Black Friday, November 28 2025 will be eligible.
- Referees must mention the Referrer’s name or referral code during sign-up.
How to Enter
- Submit the details of the Referee via the official referral form or referral link provided by 39d.
- Ensure that the Referee completes the sign-up process and all onboarding requirements.
- Each successful referral counts as one entry into the prize draw. Multiple referrals are allowed, provided each meets these terms.
Referral Confirmation
A referral is only considered successful once the Referee has:
- Completed the onboarding process, including signing any required agreements.
- Met any minimum payment or service commitment, if applicable.
Prizes
Winners will be selected by random draw from all confirmed referrals. Prizes include, but are not limited to:
- Gaming PC worth £2,000
- £500 Amazon Gift Voucher
- Go-Karting Race Day Experience
Prize draw winner announcement: Cyber Monday, December 1.Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to availability.
Disqualification
39d reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of both Referrers and Referees.
- Cancel or withhold entries or prizes in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Disqualify referrals that do not meet onboarding or deadline requirements.
Changes or Termination
39d may amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice. Entries submitted prior to such changes will remain valid if they meet all eligibility criteria.
Liability
39d is not responsible for any technical issues, communication failures, or delays that may prevent referral submission or prize delivery. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
