Jake Achieves 3CX Basic Certification

Congratulations to Jake on successfully completing his 3CX Basic Certified Engineer V20 certification.

The certification covers the fundamentals of installing, configuring and managing the 3CX communications platform, which is used by businesses to manage their phone systems and support day to day communications.

By completing the certification, Jake has developed his understanding of the platform and gained additional knowledge that can be applied when supporting and maintaining business communication systems.

Keeping up with new technologies and developing technical skills is an important part of working in IT. Certifications like this provide an opportunity to build knowledge, strengthen existing skills and stay up to date with the systems businesses rely on.
