Sales Manager - 39D Managed IT Services

Location: Runway House, North Weald, Essex, CM16 6HR (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus commission and bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of sales executives and support their professional development.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing to create effective campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales management, preferably within the IT or MSP sector.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT services and managed solutions.
