As a 2nd line help desk technician, Daniel will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. He will also work closely with our 1st line help desk technicians to ensure that issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
