Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer queries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
    • Escalate technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
    • Provide guidance and support to customers on software and hardware usage
    • Assist with software and hardware installations and upgrades
    • Perform regular maintenance and updates on customer systems
    • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

We Offer
