Helpdesk Technician
Overview
We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Escalate technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
- Provide guidance and support to customers on software and hardware usage
- Assist with software and hardware installations and upgrades
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on customer systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

We Offer
